VFAF Endorsements Dominate 2025 Georgia GOP State Convention

Veterans for America First (VFAF), originally founded in 2015 as Veterans for Trump, continues to solidify its reputation as the nation’s premier grassroots political organization for veterans. At the 2025 Georgia GOP State Convention, VFAF-endorsed candidates won all four races in which the organization was involved, marking a clean sweep.

These state-level wins follow a strong performance in earlier Georgia elections, where VFAF-backed candidates won 4 out of 5 district races and 9 out of 11 county elections. Including the state convention results, VFAF has achieved 17 wins out of 20 contested races in Georgia—an impressive 85% success rate.

Nationally recognized for its influence, the VFAF endorsement has been featured by President Donald J. Trump on Truth Social and utilized by Congresswoman Lauren Boebert in campaign commercials. Numerous congressional candidates have also leveraged the endorsement to secure victories in competitive primary races. Ballotpedia has acknowledged VFAF’s impact by creating a dedicated page for the organization, recognizing it as one of the most influential political endorsements in the country.

At the Georgia State Convention, the VFAF endorsement played a decisive role. Chairman Josh McKoon received VFAF’s first national endorsement prior to securing President Trump’s support. In a competitive race featuring multiple candidates, including one backed by the Georgia Republican Assembly, Seanie Zappendorf’s use of the VFAF endorsement in her speech proved pivotal in securing her win. Additional VFAF-endorsed candidates, Salleigh Grubbs and James Dvorak, also emerged victorious. Caroline Jeffords who was also endorsed had withdrawn fro the race.
