Frederic Mulika is a proud American, U.S. Air Force veteran, and community leader who exemplifies service, strength, and patriotism. Currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia, he brings years of disciplined experience to the front lines of law enforcement and public safety.
Originally from the Republic of Uganda, Mulika has made the American dream his reality through hard work, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to service. He served honorably in the United States Air Force, where he gained invaluable experience that continues to inform his work in law enforcement today.

Mulika holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American Military University, where he developed a deep understanding of global affairs, diplomacy, and national security—knowledge that complements his military and civic service.

A proud Operations Director for Veterans For America First (VFAF) in the VFAF Georgia State Chapter, Mulika plays a key role in empowering veteran voices and promoting policies that put American interests first. Through his leadership, he champions conservative values and grassroots efforts across the state.

As a proud member of the Republican Party, Mulika stands firmly for the Constitution, law and order, and traditional American values. He is also a staunch supporter of Israel, advocating for the nation's right to defend itself and maintain strong ties with the United States. His support reflects his commitment to global democracy, peace through strength, and U.S. alliances that promote freedom.
