Kendra M. Foltz Biegalski, Ph.D., P.E., is a distinguished nuclear engineer, educator, and community leader running for DeKalb County Republican Party Chair on June 19, 2025. With a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois (1998) and a Professional Engineer license in Virginia, she brings years of experience managing scientific, academic, and political teams. As President and Co-Founder of the newly formed K&S Nuclear Advising Services, LLC (2025–present), she manages business operations and evaluates novel reactor designs, showcasing her organizational and analytical skills. Her extensive teaching experience, from kindergarten to graduate-level courses at Georgia Institute of Technology and The University of Texas at Austin, demonstrates her ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Dr. Biegalski has trained international scientists for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization and developed curricula, reflecting her commitment to education and leadership. A DeKalb County poll worker and observer (2022–2024), she is trained on Poll Pads and scanners and is well-versed in Georgia election laws. Her proficiency in business administration software (e.g., MS Office, Canva) and social media platforms (e.g., X, Instagram) equips her to lead modern campaigns. A dedicated volunteer, she serves as a lector at Holy Cross Catholic Church, a USA Swimming official, a business administrator at St. Pius X Catholic High School, and a contributor to charitable community initiatives to provide necessities to the poor. Dr. Biegalski approaches all tasks with respect, excellence, and a commitment to conservative values making her the ideal leader to strengthen, expand, and win for the DeKalb GOP.

Dr. Biegalski has been a devoted member of the DeKalb County Republican Party since 2022, serving as the Hawthorne Elementary Precinct Chair since 2023. She has been a key contributor to the DeKalb Election Integrity Team since 2023, designing forms for poll watchers to report observations, and thereby enhancing election transparency. As a poll worker and a poll observer (2022–2024), she ensured smooth precinct operations, leveraging her training in Georgia election procedures. In 2024, she ran a robust campaign for Georgia House District 101, securing 28% of the vote—2 points higher than President Trump, delivering a 6% uplift. She coordinated with TrumpForce 47 and the Republican Jewish Coalition, demonstrating her ability to build coalitions. Dr. Biegalski volunteered at Tucker Day in 2024 and 2025, engaging voters and promoting Republican values. She supported the Georgia Black Republican Council fundraisers in 2024 and 2025, fostering inclusivity within the party. Her active membership in the Georgia Republican Assembly (GRA) and Frederick Douglas Society since 2023 reflects her commitment to conservative principles. She has been a delegate or alternate to the Georgia Republican Party convention the past 3 years. She was recently elected 2ndVice Chair of the Dekalb chapter of the GRA as well as a State Committee member from the 4th Congressional District.
